Task Required to Perform:
• Manage and optimize all social media and web properties of the business in terms of publishing content and responding to mentions, messages or comments.
• Assist with the planning of the marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website with help of other social assets.
• Create weekly social and web performance reports to analyze insights and consumer data with respect to the campaign using multiple performance management software’s.
• Research on new creative innovations and executions for future campaigns.
• Monitor the competition on all its spaces and benchmarking the business performance against industry leaders.
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaign and other brand messages.
• Take ownership of the tasks delegated by the marketing manager.
