SERVICES GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & COORDINATION DEPARTMENT

01. Deputy Director (I.T) / Senior Manager I.T (BPS-18)

• ·         Qualification as per Recruitment Rules:
  • Bachelor in Information Technology (I.T) OR Computer Science (Sixteen Years Education) at least in second Division or equivalent CGPA from a HEC recognized University.

• Having Five (05) years of experience in a relevant field i.e. implementation and management of I.T projects and efficient of I.T related operations.

02. Assistant Director (I.T) / System Analyst (BPS-17)

  • Bachelor in Information Technology (I.T) OR Computer Science (Sixteen Years Education) at least in 2$^{nd}$ Division or equivalent CGPA from a HEC recognized University.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

I. Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) has implemented an online fee submission process. Candidates shall generate a PSID before making the Challan payment of Rs. 500/- through any online payment channel by selecting the 1 Bill invoice/service option. For all categories of one post, one Challan is acceptable.

II. CANDIDATES WITH EQUIVALENT DEGREES MAY APPLY WHEN EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ADVERTISED POSTS.

III. The Online Application Feature is available on the Official Website i.e; www.spsc.gov.pk.

IV. Online Application requires initial registration through SPSC official website. After fulfilling formalities, candidates can apply through “Available Jobs” feature.

V. Domicile, PRC on Form-D, Urban or Rural Quota, Age, Qualification, Experience and Examination Centre, once exercised shall not be changed at any subsequent stage after the closing date.

VI. Enter correct CNIC Number & Date of Birth in Online Form. Wrong entry shall lead to rejection of candidature.

VII. The candidates must possess required qualification and experience with relevant certificates on closing date of the advertisement.

VIII. The experience shall be reckoned from the date of acquiring minimum academic qualification required for the post.

IX. Ineligible candidates and those not fulfilling the conditions or submitting incomplete applications will not be considered.

X. The number of posts may be varied without any intimation.

XI. The Candidates serving in Government and Semi Government Organizations shall apply through proper channel.

XII. The Commission reserves the right to modify/correct any error at any stage if detected later on.

NOTE:

i. ONLINE APPLICATION FEATURE WILL BE AVAILABLE ROUND THE CLOCK, EXCEPT ON CLOSING DATE UP TO 05:00 P.M. (OFFICE HOURS).

ii. General Age Relaxation Is Applicable as per Notification NO.SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II)-Dated 06.03.2025 (Except Police Service and Posts to Be Filled through Combined Competitive Examinations through SPSC).

iii. Candidates with permanent disabilities who require any special assistance during the Written Examination/Test shall inform the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) at least seven (07) days prior to the commencement of the examination. Such candidates shall submit a written application to the Controller of Examinations in accordance with Regulation 58(A) of the RMR, 2023 with a copy to PS to Chairperson, SPSC along with attested copy of disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities-DEPD), Government of Sindh and special CNIC for disabled persons issued by NADRA. In addition to that the candidate shall be bound to produce original valid disability certificate along with the aforesaid CNIC issued by NADRA to the in-charge of Examination center on the day of the examination or else no assistance shall be provided.
