MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Sr. Officer E-Commerce- Debit Cards”.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sr. Officer E-Commerce- Debit Cards

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

1-3 years of relevant experience in Cards, Digital Banking or related finance services.
Basic knowledge of Cards and Digital Banking Products
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good Stakeholder Coordination Skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Drive growth in debit card e-commerce transactions through targeted campaigns and customer activation initiatives.
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend initiatives to increase card issuance, activation, usage, and spend.
Support the execution of debit card marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Assist in portfolio management, MIS reporting, business analysis, and day-to-day debit card portfolio operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve debit card business objectives.
