Position: YARN OFFICER
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Qualification: Graduation
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, verify, and track vendor invoices across Tax, PPC, Quality and Accounts departments to ensure timely payment processing.
- Reconcile supplier ledgers, perform payment adjustments and resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies with Accounts and Audit.
- Track material arrivals against Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining comprehensive records with MRNs, bilities and freight bills.
- Coordinate with Quality for fabric evaluation and Yarn PO generation, ensuring PPC prioritizes schedules accordingly.
- Manage post-dated cheque (PDC) requests, obtain necessary manager approvals and dispatch supplier cheques along with tax challans.
