Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Legal Adviser

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: LL.B. from an HEC-recognized university with valid enrolment as an Advocate High Court/ Supreme Court. LL.M. shall be preferred. Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in legal practice, Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies, public sector or reputable law firm, with experience in legal advisory, contracts/agreements, corporate matters, civil & criminal litigations, regulatory/commercial matters and litigation experience in public-sector advisory, procurement, and legislative/regulatory matters shall be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 50 Years.

Director Finance

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. CA/ACMA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification shall be preferred, with relevant professional membership where applicable. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience, including at least 05 years of experience in a senior/managerial finance position, preferably in a Government/Public Sector organization, autonomous body, statutory organization or large-scale public/private-sector organization. Experience in financial management, budgeting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, investment, revenue management, regulatory compliance, and commercial/revenue-generating projects shall be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 50 Years.

Additional Director Security (Operations)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management or equivalent in a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Retired Armed Forces officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent, or equivalent Police/Law Enforcement officers with relevant operational security experience may also be considered. Minimum 15 years experience in command, security operations, operational planning, training and management of security personnel. Special Operations/Special Forces and Staff Course qualification, as well as experience with Police/Law Enforcement Agencies, shall be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 52 Years.

Deputy Assistant Director (Marketing)

- Qualification & Experience: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management from HEC-recognized university. 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in marketing, business development, sales, corporate relations or project marketing, preferably in public-sector/commercial organizations.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Deputy Assistant Director (Works)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/institution. Mandatory 03 years of relevant experience in Government sector in Civil Works, Infrastructure, Housing/Real Estate Projects, including preparation of BOQs, Engineer’s Estimates, site surveys, quantity take-offs, technical reports and project documentation. Experience in preparation and review of drawings, specifications and cost estimates shall be preferred.

Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT or equivalent in a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in testing and assessment, examination management, recruitment testing, project coordination or related operations, preferably in Government/Public Sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies or large-scale organizations. Experience in planning and conducting large-scale examinations, CBT/physical testing, candidate management, result processing, quality assurance, and coordination with stakeholders shall be preferred.

Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT or equivalent in a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in testing and assessment, examination systems, recruitment testing, educational technology, project development, or related fields, preferably in Government/Public Sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies, or large-scale organizations. Experience in development and improvement of testing systems, CBT platforms, assessment methodologies, test design, digital workflows, data management, quality assurance and implementation of new testing initiatives shall be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Deputy Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) Accounting & Finance or equivalent in related field from an HEC-recognized university. Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, audit, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Administrator (Housing Scheme)

No. of Posts: 02
- Qualification & Experience: Retired Armed Forces personnel of the rank of Subedar-major or equivalent and retired Police/Law Enforcement personnel of the rank of Inspector or equivalent. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in administration, estate/housing scheme management, preferably in a public/private housing scheme, DHA, Cantonment or similar organization.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 50 Years.

Senior Software Engineer (TAS)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: MS/MPhil degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology from HEC recognized University. Over 10 years post-qualification experience in relevant field in reputable organizations. Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), MySQL and MSSQL Server. Basic familiarity with REST APIs and 3rd party service integration. Understanding of deployment practices and codebase management.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 45 Years.

Junior Developer (TAS)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology from HEC recognized University. Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in application support or payment systems (preferred). Understanding of payment flows, APIs, and transaction processing. Familiarity with digital payment ecosystems and banking systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL will be a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Assistant (TAS)

No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience: FA or equivalent qualification from recognized board. Minimum 05 years of experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age: 35 Years.

General Instructions

Appointments shall be made purely on contract basis for an initial period of 02 years extendable, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement and mutual consent.

Cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date i.e. 15-10-2026.
Upper age relaxation of 05 years as per Federal Government Rules shall be applicable as per policy.

Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
Govt./Semi-Govt. employees shall apply through the proper channel and produce a valid NOC at the time of the interview.
Candidates shall be informed about updates through application portal/SMS/email. Candidates shall visit/check the portal frequently for the updates.
NPF reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
