Position: Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst
Educational Requirements: Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, International Development, Management Science is required, or A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas stated above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience, will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years (with master’s degree) or four (4) years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, results-based management, research and/or data analysis within rule of law, access to justice, justice and security-sector reform or closely related development programming is required.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing results frameworks, indicators, baselines, targets and monitoring and evaluation plans is required.Â
- Experience designing and applying quantitative and qualitative monitoring tools and data-collection methodologies is required.Â
- Experience in data management, data-quality assurance, analysis and interpretation of programme results is required.Â
- Experience preparing and coordinating high-quality programme or donor progress reports and consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders is required.Â
Desired Skills
- Experience coordinating or managing evaluations, assessments, surveys, studies or research assignments, including methodological review and quality assurance, is highly desirable.Â
- Experience with results-based management and use of monitoring and evaluation evidence for programme learning and adaptive management is highly desirable.Â
- Experience developing terms of reference and technically managing consultants, research organizations, survey firms or evaluation service providers is desired.Â
- Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, dashboards or business-intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau or comparable platforms, would be an advantage.Â
- Experience working with government administrative data and institutional monitoring or reporting systems would be desirable.Â
- Experience in rule of law, justice, security, governance or related development programming would be highly desirable.Â
- Previous work experience with UNDP, UN agencies or international organizations will be an added advantage.Â

Position: Project Travel and Logistics Associate
Min. Academic Education
- Secondary education is required.
- A university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Travel and Tourism, Social Sciences or a related field will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.
- Min. years of relevant Work experience             Â
- A minimum of 7 years (with secondary education) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in travel administration, logistics, event support, programme administration or related areas is required.
Required Skills
- Experience coordinating official travel, including itineraries, tickets, accommodation, travel documentation and travel claims.
- Experience providing logistical support for workshops, trainings, conferences, meetings or field missions.
- Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based management systems, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
Desired Skills
- Experience maintaining travel, mission, participant or logistics records and trackers.
- Experience coordinating with travel agencies, hotels, transport providers, venues and other service providers.
- Experience supporting travel claims, advances, reconciliations or related financial documentation.
- Experience arranging participant travel and logistics for large or multi-location programme activities.
- Experience working in accordance with organisational travel, administrative and financial procedures.
- Experience coordinating travel and logistics in complex field environments or locations with operational and security constraints.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning, travel-management or administrative systems is desirable; familiarity with UNDP Quantum or comparable systems.
- Previous work experience with UNDP, UN agencies or international development organisations.

Position: Project Judicial and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist
Min. Education requirements
Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Law, Judicial Studies, Governance, Criminology, Development Studies or a closely related field is required, or
A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas stated above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience, will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Min. years of relevant work experience
Minimum of five (5)years (with master’s degree) or seven (7) years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant professional experience in judicial reform, access to justice, alternative dispute resolution, justice-sector governance or related areas is required.
Required Skills
Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based management systems, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
Desired Skills
- Experience working with judicial institutions, courts, judicial academies, bar councils or associations, ADR institutions or other justice-sector stakeholders is desired.
- Experience providing technical advice and supporting institutional reforms, policy development, procedures or capacity-development initiatives in the justice sector is desired.
- Experience in developing or reviewing judicial policies, SOPs, training curricula or similar technical products is desired.
- Experience with court-annexed mediation, community dispute resolution or other formal or informal ADR mechanisms is highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of digital justice, e-Courts, virtual courts and technology-enabled approaches to judicial administration would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of gender-responsive, survivor-centred and people-centred justice programming, including approaches to addressing barriers faced by women and vulnerable groups, is desired.
- Previous work experience with UNDP, UN agencies or international organizations will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting institutional strengthening of judicial academies or professional training institutions is an asset.
Required Language(s): Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
