Job Description: Team Lead – Sales Opay Office Lahore
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead to spearhead our sales department in a rapidly growing fintech company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, proven sales expertise, and a passion for driving digital financial solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products (digital wallets, merchant services, payment solutions).
Drive merchant acquisition, customer onboarding, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and corporate clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SBP, EMI, AML/KYC).
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in customer engagement and fintech product knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in sales leadership within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong understanding of digital payments, merchant services, and fintech ecosystems.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in merchant acquisition and B2B sales.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SBP, EMI licensing, AML/KYC).
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Certifications in sales leadership or fintech compliance will be an advantage.
