Positions Vacant: Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following positions under various PSDP funded development projects on contract basis:

1. Project Director

Project Pay Scale (PPS-09): Rs. 398,130/- per month (All inclusive)

No of Post: 01

Project: Award of Allama Muhammad Iqbal 3000 Scholarships to Afghan Students (Prime Minister’s Directive)

Quota / Age: Merit = 1 | Max. Age: 62

Qualification / Experience: Master’s Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution, with 07 years’ experience in public/private sector organization of good repute including 05 years’ managerial experience after final degree.

2. Law Officer

Project Pay Scale (PPS-08): Rs. 295,320/- per month (All inclusive)

Project: Overseas Scholarship for Ph.D in Selected Fields (Phase-III) – HEC

Quota / Age: Punjab = 1 | Max. Age: 50

Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution with 05 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer in the field of services/corporate law. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is a pre-requisite.

3. Project Manager

Project Pay Scale (PPS-08): Rs. 295,320/- per month (All inclusive)

Project: Ph.D Scholarship Program under US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (Phase-I)

Quota / Age: Merit = 1 | Max. Age: 50

Qualification / Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution with minimum 05 years’ experience in Public/Private sector organization of good repute, including 03 years’ experience at managerial/supervisory level. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is compulsory.

4. Project Manager

Project Pay Scale (PPS-07): Rs. 212,630/- per month (All inclusive)

Project: Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme (Phase-III) – HEC

Quota / Age: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa = 1, Punjab = 1 | Max. Age: 40

Qualification / Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution with minimum 05 years relevant experience, including 02 years mid-level management experience after final degree in public / private sector organizations. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is must.

5. Project Accountant

Project Pay Scale (PPS-07): Rs. 212,630/- per month (All inclusive)

Project: Faculty Development Program for Pakistani Universities – HEC

Quota / Age: Sindh (U) = 1 | Max. Age: 40

Qualification / Experience: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/CMA (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution with 03 years experience in private/public sector organization of good repute including 01 year mid-level management experience, after the final degree.

6. Office Assistant

Project Pay Scale (PPS-05): Rs. 94,500/- per month (All inclusive)

Project: Faculty Development Program for Pakistani Universities – HEC / Ph.D Scholarship Program under US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (Phase-I)

Quota / Age: Sindh (R) = 1, Punjab = 1 | Max. Age: 40

Qualification / Experience: Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution with two (02) years of work experience in public/private sector organization of good repute. Advance use of MS-office is must.

7. Attendant

Project Pay Scale (PPS-01): Rs. 40,700/- per month (Minimum Wage Rate)

Project: Ph.D Scholarship Program under US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (Phase-I)

Quota / Age: Local Based | Max. Age: 35

Qualification / Experience: Matriculate with one (01) year relevant experience.

“Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.

· Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).

No. TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

Those who are already in Government Service should apply through a proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation are already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per the Government rules.

The experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee (as a part of study) will not be considered/counted as experience.

Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
