- ASSISTANT RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (ARGM)
- SHIFT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the Restaurant / QSR / Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to manage restaurant operations, team performance, and service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational and service goals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Ensure company SOPs, health, and safety standards are consistently followed.
