Strong exposure to international sales, key account management, business development, and commercial negotiations.
Understanding of global textile markets, customer expectations, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth, revenue targets, and business expansion.

Job Description:

Lead sales and marketing strategy for the Bath business to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Develop and expand relationships with key customers, brands, retailers, and international markets.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential customer segments to drive business expansion.
Lead pricing, costing, commercial negotiations, and order conversion in line with business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing dynamics to strengthen market positioning.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from customer development and inquiry to order execution and delivery.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, forecasts, and market/business development initiatives.
