Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of shift plan in coordination with Deputy Manager/Section Head.
• Manage all chemicals and other requirements of his shift.
• Responsible for production quality and efficiency of his shift.
• Control on B-Grade by taking appropriate action during production in his shift.
• Check on shades and hand feel at every stage.

• Problem Solving

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Graduation/Textile Graduation/Textile Diploma Holder from a recognized institute.
• 2-3 Years in a reputable organization as AM/Shift In-charge in Finishing Dept. (Processing).
