Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of shift plan in coordination with Deputy Manager/Section Head.
- Manage all chemicals and other requirements of his shift.
- Responsible for production quality and efficiency of his shift.
- Control on B-Grade by taking appropriate action during production in his shift.
- Check on shades and hand feel at every stage.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation/Textile Graduation/Textile Diploma Holder from a recognized institute.
- 2-3 Years in a reputable organization as AM/Shift In-charge in Finishing Dept. (Processing).
