Job Description:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, forecast talent needs with leadership, and build succession plans.
- Lead end-to-end hiring across the group, partner with hospitality schools for talent pipelines, and run training programs in customer service, F&B excellence, compliance, and leadership.
- Foster an inclusive, service-focused workplace, resolve grievances and disciplinary issues promptly, and drive engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws, maintain accurate employee records and contracts, and coordinate payroll with finance for timely salary disbursement.
- Lead change and continuous improvement, support expansion to new outlets or cities, and bring strong communication, emotional intelligence, multi-brand leadership, and proficiency in HR tools (e.g., Time Trax, MS Dynamics).
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- 10–12 years of HR experience, preferably with 3+ years in the food industry
- Proven experience in managing HR for multi-location or multi-brand operations
