MJMS is hiring a Senior Executive – Internal Audit to support audits across finance, procurement, production, warehouse, sales, retail, HR, administration, engineering, and other business functions. The role will involve reviewing financial transactions, inventory, documentation, compliance processes, and operational controls to help ensure accuracy, accountability, and stronger decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct assigned audits of Finance, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Sales, Retail, HR, Administration, Engineering and other functions.
- Verify financial transactions, GL accounts, expenses, revenue, inventory accounting, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Conduct physical verification of Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods, stores and other inventories and investigate variances.
- Verify compliance with purchase requisitions, quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, approvals, GRNs and payment processes.
- Review receiving, storage, issuance, transfers, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and inventory adjustments.
