Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Officer to support internal and external communications, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate communication initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, proofread, and edit corporate announcements and communications for internal and external use.
Act as the designated point of contact for agency teams, coordinating briefs, design requirements, and timely delivery of communication materials.
Manage and moderate the corporate brand’s intranet and external social channels.
Support change management initiatives across the Group through effective stakeholder coordination and communication.
Maintain and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials.
Support the development of internal communications collateral, including newsletters, leadership messages, and change management campaigns.
Develop monthly content calendars and manage communication approval workflows with stakeholders across the Group.
Support the planning and execution of internal events, including townhalls and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in corporate communications or a creative role in an agency
Sound understanding of brand guidelines and development of branding collateral
Strong writing, editing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to event management and change management communications is an advantage
