Job Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Manage the complete annual PMS cycle, including KPI setting, evaluations, and calibration.
- Develop KPI frameworks, rating guidelines, and performance tools.
- Partner with HODs and managers to establish measurable, business-aligned KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and support PIPs and performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to management.
Learning & Development
- Conduct TNA and develop the annual Training & Development plan.
- Plan and coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, leadership, and mandatory training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain L&D records and dashboards.
Talent & Capability Development
- Support talent mapping, succession planning, competency development, and IDPs.
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
- Continuously improve performance and capability-building frameworks.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Performance Management & OD.
- Hands-on experience in PMS, KPI development, TNA, and training management.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- HRIS/HCM experience is an advantage.
- Textile/manufacturing experience will be preferred.
