Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science
- 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, software and hardware issues.
- Install/configure computers, applications, and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity isses.
- Provide support for PMS, POS, CCTV, and other hotel IT applications.
