MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Officer Warehouse”.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Officer Warehouse

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad (One position in each city)

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce from an HEC recognized university.

𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Certificate/Diploma in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse or stock management.
Stock receiving and dispatch
Inventory reconciliation
FIFO/FEFO implementation, where applicable
Asset tagging and tracking
Stock verification and counting
Record retention and documentation
Warehouse safety and security
Audit and internal controls

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods.
Receive and verify goods against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and systematic arrangement of inventory.
Maintain accurate warehouse records, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
Manage warehouse software/system and ensure timely updating of inventory transactions.
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with Procurement, Administration, and other relevant departments on warehouse matters.
Ensure proper housekeeping, security, and controlled access to warehouse facilities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Management
