Deputy Head Academics (Male)
Manager Event Management (Male)

Job Vacancies | Location: Head Office, Lahore

Position: Deputy Head Academics (Male)

Scope of Work:

Re-devise strategic education delivery system and growth plans for campuses network across Pakistan.
Re-juvenize and reinforce current academic systems compatible to diversified education arena particularly EduTech requirements.
Sketch-out conceptual frameworks for project effectiveness through design of Project Key Performance Indicators (PKPIs).
Devise new role of education management team at Head Office, Regional Offices, Campus Clusters and Campus Sub-Clusters.
Design structure and prepare Report and Returns (RRs), data compilation and analytics for Project functional areas for Deficiency Removal Plans (DRPs), follow-ups with reformation measures.

Eligibility:

Masters/M.Phil in Education/English with B.Ed from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 Years of experience in the field of Educational Management.
Seasoned personnel from nationwide school network will be preferred.

Position: Manager Event Management (Male)

Scope of Work:

Schedule and organize Co-curricular/Extra-curricular activities planned at Head Office in coordination with Regional Managers/offices across Pakistan.
Budgeting of activities/events within the nature of particular events at Head Office (HO) in coordination with Regional Offices (ROs).
Coordination with Departmental Heads and Regional Managers, as and when events are planned.
Prepare plan and implement Co-curricular, Extra-curricular and various other competitions and events across Pakistan.
Manage sponsorship of events from Corporate/MNCs, when required.

Eligibility:

Bachelor degree with minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management at corporate level.

Remuneration: Highly competitive salary package with fringe benefits will be offered to suitable applicants.
