Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Work Experience

With 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with practical exposure to payroll, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, and HR operations.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

–   Appropriate ATPL License, alternatively, CPL License with Frozen ATPL is a must.
–   He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for the Second Officer (Co-Pilots) as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
–   He/she must pass the Medical Fitness check-up carried for the Second Officers (Co-Pilots) as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
–   Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
–   Basic Airport, security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
–   Crew Resources Management Training is considered as an advantage.

Work Experience

Position: Coordinator – Aero Medical

Job Purpose: Consults with the line manager on any non-routine action prior to executing; all duties shall be performed thru proper channel and in compliance with adopted PCAA policies and procedures.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

•   Degree or Honours (12+4 or equivalent) BS Nursing/Medical Technology.
•   Experience of aviation aero medical will be preferred.

Key Result Responsibilities

1. Perform all duties assigned by the Accountable manager for AOC.
2. Assist in medical examination for Air Crew and Flight Operations Officers at the time of induction and revalidation.
3. Assist daily sick report consultation for cockpit and cabin crew, responsible for maintaining record.
4. Conduct pre and post flight daily alcohol breathalyzer check and random psychoactive drug testing of cabin and cockpit crew and generate Breathalyzer Test report of all flight and maintain record.
5. Arrange appointments/meetings with various Hospitals, Consultants and Aeromedical PCAA.
6. Keeping liaison with CAA for annual and six-monthly Cockpit crew medical examination ensuring proper documents are dispatched for Single Medical or CAMB as per case.
7. To replenish medicinal items in medical kits on aircraft and First Aid kits present in Fly Jinnah office.
8. To provide First Aid Cover during SEP training.
9. The clinical coordinator duties are in addition to the general duties of a clinical assistant.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Diploma/Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role if combined with the necessary function-related experience; a bachelor’s degree in Travel/ Tourism/ Hotel/ Management or any related stream is preferred.
Sound knowledge of inflight catering operations, food safety, hygiene standards, and service quality requirements.
Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage catering controls, inventory, and cost efficiency.
Ability to conduct quality checks, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cabin crew, caterers, and internal stakeholders.
