RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing workshop operations & manpower of Peshawar BRT Bus Depot, Hybrid-Electric Busses.
- Prioritizing and assigning work to meet operational requirements.
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety of assets.
- Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
- Coach and mentor technicians and Executives.
- Monitor associate work levels, KPI’s and making Bi-Yearly appraisals.
- Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties and tasks including monthly KPI defense with TPC (Trans-Peshawar Company) & other tasks as assigned by HOD.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates having qualifications of Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechanical are encouraged to apply.
- 5 to 6 years of experience on similar position.

- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, ensuring maximum operational availability.
- Ensure safety standards, facility cleanliness, and quality compliance across all maintenance activities.
- Preparation of pit inspection reports & handover sheets.
- Air filters & AC filters cleaning activities.
- Engine oil & oil filters replacement.
- Supervise running repair units.
- Follow safety protocols & procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates having qualifications of Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechanical are encouraged to apply.
