Delivery Lead: Teaching & Learning: The purpose of the role is to provide high quality technical assistance in the area of teaching and learning reforms, including teacher recruitment, performance management, professional development and other areas of pedagogy to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Delivery Lead Teaching and Learning is responsible for timely and quality delivery of all Teaching and Learning Delivery Team outputs, is part of the Leadership team and is accountable to the Technical Director and Team Leader. The Delivery Lead Teaching and Learning is expected to support the Team Leader and Technical Director in high level liaison with senior officers of the Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED) and for technical interactions with DFID.
