We are looking for dynamic Retail Specialists to strengthen our installer network and drive product adoption in the solar market. This role focuses on installer engagement, activation, and market intelligence to support business growth.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage and maintain installer data within the assigned region
- Monitor competitor activities and prepare market reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers
- Identify and activate inactive installers
- Drive product installations through installer engagement
- Organize installer meetups, trainings, and engagement events
- Ensure strong coordination and communication with installers and line manager
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales / solar / channel development (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Field-oriented with ability to travel within assigned areas
- Proactive, responsible, and result-driven mindset
