Organization: Punjab Local Govt and Community Development  

VACANCIES: The Government of the Punjab, LG&CD Department has initiated an IT-based Monitoring System to enhance service delivery across local governments in Punjab. The project aims to digitize local government functions such as sanitation, solid waste management, HRMIS, financial and asset management, etc. The department is seeking professionals for performance-based contracts, initially for eight months, which can be extended based on the project’s extension and satisfactory performance. 1. Senior Coordinator

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Sciences, IT, Business Administration, Project Management, Software Project Management, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing projects in the IT domain or software project lifecycle management. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

2. Manager (Operations)

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Computer Sciences, IT, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

3. Project Coordinator

• No. of Posts: 05
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Computer Sciences, IT, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized foreign or local institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in supporting software projects-related activities. Experience in providing client-side support will be preferred.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

4. Assistant Program Officer

• No. of Posts: 05
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Management Sciences, Computer Sciences, IT, Social Sciences, or an equivalent Degree from a reputed HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

5. Senior Software Engineer

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field from a reputed HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 6 years of post-qualification experience with strong communication skills.
• Skills: PHP, Laravel, MongoDB, Redis, Angular, Linux DevOps, and Server Management.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

6. Manager (Technical)

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT projects in the Public/Private sector, specifically in MySQL Database Management, Database Optimization, Performance, and Security.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

7. Software Engineer

• No. of Posts: 02
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on post-qualification experience in software development, with a reputed IT organization. Good communication skills required.
• Skills: PHP, Laravel, MongoDB, Redis, Angular-related frameworks and technology.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

8. Application Developer

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on post-qualification experience in Mobile Application Development, with a reputed IT organization. Good communication skills required.
• Skills: Java, Kotlin, or Flutter.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

9. Database Administrator

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in managing IT projects in the Public/Private sector in MySQL Database Management, Database Optimization, Performance, and Security.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

10. Graphic Designer

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Graphics Designing, IT, or an equivalent Degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on post-qualification experience in Graphic Designing with a reputed organization.
• Age: Maximum 45 years

11. Office Boy

• No. of Post: 01
• Qualification: Middle Pass
• Experience: Relevant experience required.
• Age: Maximum 50 years
