Position: Designer – Processing (Digital Printing)
Location: Rawalpindi

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepare production-ready digital textile designs.
-Perform shade matching and color correction.
-Prepare design settings and strike-offs (S/Offs).
-Support digital printing production.
-Maintain design data and artwork records.
-Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATION
-Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com).
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Designing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field will be preferred.
-Relevant experience in digital textile printing or textile processing will be an added advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED
-Shade management for export customer i.e. Ashley Wilde, NEXT, ZAKO, Pottery Barn etc
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and NeoStampa.
-Strong understanding of digital textile printing processes.
-Expertise in shade matching and color management.
-Knowledge of fabric pre-treatment and post-treatment processes.
-Experience with digital printing machine operations.
-Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Department: Quality Control – Madeups
Location: Rawalpindi

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role (preferably in the garment industry)

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement quality control procedures across the Madeups section.
-Ensure products meet desired quality parameters and standards.
-Maintain inspection reports and documentation accurately.
-Collaborate with the production team and guide subordinates for quality improvement.

Skills Required:
-Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
-Strong understanding of quality control principles and standards.
-Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
