Position: Manager Sales – Rawalpindi (Remote)
IRC Dairy Products (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a Manager Sales – Rawalpindi(Remote) with a minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably MBA in Marketing, from an HEC-recognized institute. Candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG/HoReCa are preferred, while fresh candidates may also be considered. Experience in cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy or beverage sales will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of target customers, competitor analysis, sales and marketing techniques, cycle planning, market segmentation and customer portfolio management, along with the ability to handle quality complaints and ensure credit recovery. Strong communication, selling, negotiation, problem-solving and customer relationship management skills are required, with proficiency in ERP/Oracle/MS Office Suite.

Candidates with additional certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or Fire Safety will be preferred.
