“COACH MENTOR”

Location: Karachi

No. of Position: 1

Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from a recognized university.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in social mobilization, library management, teacher training, or education projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong project coordination and management skills.
Sound knowledge of library management and information sciences.
Ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and communities.
Experience in liaising with government departments and district education authorities.
Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, Urdu, and the local language.
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Ability to manage databases and prepare analytical reports.
Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage field-level challenges and work collaboratively within a team.
