Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, a pioneer in Pakistan’s food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – Central to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is a strategic role responsible for managing and growing key modern trade accounts, leading commercial negotiations and ensuring exceptional in-store execution.
We are Hiring! KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – CENTRAL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute annual account and joint business plans.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets for key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Ensure product availability and strong in-store execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Lead and coach Key Account Field Managers for outlet-level execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Lahore (Responsible for the Central Region)
- 5–8 years in FMCG key account management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems
