SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited for recruitment in the office of the Chief Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory on a regular basis from Pakistani Nationals who fulfill the criteria.

1. Assistant (BPS-15)

• Maximum Age Limit: 28 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience: Graduate

2. H.V.C. (BPS-14)

• Quota: ICT = 1
• No. of Posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience:
  • Second class or grade “C” Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by HEC
  • OR Second class or grade “C” LLB from a University recognized by HEC

3. Steno Typist (BPS-14)

• Quota: ICT = 3, Punjab = 2, Balochistan = 1
• No. of Posts: 06
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience:
  • Intermediate
  • Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing respectively
  • Computer literates preferable

4. Lady Instructor (BPS-11)

• Quota: ICT = 3, Punjab = 2
• No. of Posts: 05
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience: Intermediate with one year’s diploma in cutting, sewing, embroidery, flower making, etc., in a registered recognized Institute.

• Educational Qualification/Experience: Intermediate

6. Driver (BPS-4)

• Quota: Local
• No. of Posts: 05
• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience:
  • Primary pass
  • Valid driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules

7. Naib Qasid (BPS-1)

• Quota: Local
• No. of Posts: 02
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience: Primary pass

8. Mali (BPS-1)

• Quota: Local
• No. of Posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience: Primary pass

9. Sanitary Worker (BS-01)

• Quota: Local
• No. of Posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Educational Qualification/Experience: Primary pass

Terms and Conditions:

1. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government Policy and Rules. However, 5 years of upper age relaxation is applicable for all candidates as per rules.
2. Candidates working in Government departments/organizations must apply through proper channels.
3. Candidates appointed to posts mentioned at Sr. Nos. 1 and 5 shall undergo a mandatory basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB).
4. Age, qualification, and experience shall be counted as of the closing date of this advertisement.
5. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
6. If a candidate is interested in applying for more than one post, a separate application form must be submitted for each post.
7. Interested candidates meeting the requisite qualification and criteria may apply within 15 days from the date of the advertisement. Late applications will not be considered.
8. Call letters for tests/interviews will be issued after scrutiny and shortlisting.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the written test/interview.
10. Incomplete applications and those with fake documents/false information shall be rejected at any stage.

1. Please visit the OTS website www.ots.org.pk for online/offline registration and submission of applications.
2. A test fee of Rs. 250/- per applicant must be paid in any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, ABL, and Habib Metro Bank using the challan available on the OTS website.
3. Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.

5. Candidates are required to submit a completed prescribed application form along with CNIC, other relevant documents/experience certificates, two recent passport-size photographs, and a fee challan via courier.
