We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager Finance

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager Finance to support day-to-day finance operations, supervise the finance team, monitor receivables and payables, and contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting. The role also involves working with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters and improve finance processes.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
M.Com, ACCA/ACMA (Part) or equivalent certification
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the logistics sector

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day finance operations and supervise the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor accounts receivable, payable and other outstanding balances, including follow-up with relevant teams/customers / vendors and timely resolution of issues.
Support month-end closing, financial reporting and preparation of management reports.
Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters.
Identify process gaps and support improvement and automation of finance processes and reporting.
Perform other finance-related tasks and assignments as required.

Skills

Working knowledge of financial practices and procedures.

We’re Hiring | Pricing & Customer Service Executive

We’re looking for a Pricing & Customer Service Executive to handle competitive pricing, prepare quotations, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and help turn customer inquiries into bookings. The role also involves negotiating rates, monitoring market updates, and ensuring accurate, profitable pricing.

Lahore / Karachi, Pakistan
Bachelor’s degree required | BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing preferred
2–4 years of experience in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities

Obtain and negotiate competitive rates from overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters.
Prepare freight quotations for Air, Sea (FCL/LCL), shipments.
Calculate CBM, chargeable weight, freight costs, and local charges.
Prepare pricing based on EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, and other Incoterms.
Maintain and update freight rate sheets and pricing databases.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to provide timely and accurate quotations.
Monitor market rates, surcharges, and carrier updates.
Negotiate buying rates and ensure healthy profit margins.
Follow up on quotations and support the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings.
Ensure pricing accuracy, quick response, and profitability.

Skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
