CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Applications are invited for the following positions at DHA City Karachi/ Chief Engineer Branch.

Building & Infrastructure (B&I)

1. Junior Project Manager (JPM)

Posts: 3
Relevant Experience/ Requirements: 2 Years’ relevant experience in site supervision, drawing review, measurements, quality checks and progress reporting.

2. Junior Assistant Engineer (JAE) – B&I

Posts: 5
Relevant Experience/ Requirements: 1 Year’s relevant experience of foundational knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, measurement and technical documentation. Computer proficiency is mandatory in Engineer related software Primavera, GIS, etc.

3. Site Engineer Grade-1 B&I

Posts: 3
Relevant Experience/ Requirements: 7 Years’ relevant experience in site supervision, inspections, measurements, multidisciplinary coordination, records and safety compliance. Computer proficiency is mandatory.

4. Associate Quantity Surveyor (AQS) – B&I

Posts: 1
Relevant Experience/ Requirements: 2 – 5 Years’ relevant experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, estimates, valuations and variation assessment. Computer proficiency is mandatory.

5. Associate CAD Operator

Posts: 1
Relevant Experience/ Requirements: 2 – 4 Years’ relevant experience in proposed scope: preparation and revision of civil drawings, drawing registers and as-built documentation using AutoCAD.

6. Land Surveyor

Posts: 3
Relevant Experience/ Requirements: 6 – 8 Years’ relevant experience in proposing scope: setting-out, levelling, topographic surveys, survey records and quantity verification using appropriate survey equipment.
