Job Description:
- Drive and support Talent Acquisition initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and utilize People Analytics to support data-driven HR decisions.
- Manage and monitor KPIs and performance management processes and assist in payroll processing.
- Support Talent Management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle core HR generalist functions and provide effective HR support to business teams.
- Maintain and analyze HR data, reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Ensure effective utilization and management of Flow HCM.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide practical HR solutions.
- Contribute to employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
Candidate Must Have:
- Business Administration degree is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, KPIs, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
- Hands-on experience with Flow HCM is essential.
- Strong HR generalist background will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from Retail and E-Commerce backgrounds will be given high preference.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
