CHAKOR VENTURES (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly capable professional to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, safety and operational efficiency of Citadel 7.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Oversee overall building operations, facilities and daily inspections.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, generators, MEP and fire safety systems.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure excellent tenant and visitor experience and resolve escalated concerns.
• Manage vendors, contractors, SLAs and service quality.
• Prepare and control operational budgets, utilities and maintenance costs.
• Lead building teams, duty rosters, KPIs, discipline and performance.
• Implement SOPs, safety procedures and operational standards.
• Identify operational risks, gaps and opportunities for improved efficiency and cost control.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience in building operations, facilities management, property management, hospitality or large-scale operations.
• Experience managing a commercial building, hotel, mall, corporate facility, serviced residence or mixed-use property preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, security, housekeeping, utilities and operational budgeting.
• Proven experience in team leadership, vendor management and service delivery.
• Candidates with experience as Hotel GM, Hotel Operations Head, Head of Facilities, Facility Director, Property Manager or Building Operations Head are encouraged to apply.
