Position: Deputy Manager Security
Location: Fatima Fertilizer Plant Site, Sadiqabad
Job Summary: To assist Executive Security in security of Plant site and Township against all entered and inclined threats.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist Executive Security in all functions of security. Coordinate and oversee all matters relating to routine security at Plant site and Township, organize and supervise the working of security section. Perform any task or responsibility assigned by Executive Security or General Manager Admin and help them in the development of long or short-term plans for security.
Keep under constant review the functions, duties and responsibilities of those reporting in order ensuring that all the assigned tasks can be carried out effectively.
Technical
1.Plan, coordinates and, controls the work of all personal reporting to him and to ensure that the objectives of his section are understood and carried out in the best possible way.
2.Responsible to ensure smooth working of security section`s work force.
3.Train and educate all security personnel with special emphasis on ensuring that no sensitive areas are left unattended or unobserved.
4.Plan the leave and rotation of all security personnel.
5.Ensure maintenance of all security records to include weapons, ammunition, CCTVs cameras along with accessories etc.
6.Ensure availability of dual communication means are available amongst all check posts round the clock.
7.Ensure manning of CCTV control room 24/7. Besides ensuring that all worthy observations are recorded into CCTV log without failure and are reported to Section head through senior security supervisor.
8.Ensure security of gas and water pipelines through concerned civilian contractor besides by carrying out surprise checks.
9.Implement all security orders or instructions issued from time to time ensuring that no untoward incident occurs at the Plant site or township.
10.Keep Executive Security and General Manager Admin well informed on abnormal happenings or in case of serious security breech or attempt of security breech.
11.Recommend any modification or changes for revision of security orders or instructions to executive security if and when considered essential.
12.Ensure employment of security section`s personals in surrounding area to collect essential intelligence gathering with respect to security in order to prevent or pre-empt any threat.
13.Manage all matters relating to entry and exit control of personnel and vehicular traffic ensuring security of plant site and township is not compromised at all.
14.Perform any special assignment as per instructions of Executive Security or General Manger Admin.
15.Preparation of Budget of security section and ensuring its optimal and timely utilization.
16.Manage escorts provided to VIPs or VSMs visiting plant site and township.
17.Liaison with local police and administration when necessary or required.
18.Requesting help and coordinate with civil police and civil administration in case of labor disturbance or law and order situation.
19.Ensure all viable measures for ensuring protection / security of plant / township premises from any outside threat.
20.Act as member RCC in the absence of Executive Security in case of any emergency at plant site.
21.Ensure flawless security for the foreigner VSMs staying at township.
22.Ensure security protocols for both shipment and material vehicle are in place efficiently.

Position: Technical Manager Architecture
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Job Summary
The Senior Architect will act as the Client Design Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating architectural design development from Preconcept through construction and handover. The role will oversee local and international consultants for design development, safeguard design intent, drive value engineering initiatives, and provide architectural and civil oversight during construction to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved quality, functional, commercial, and regulatory requirements. Should be well versed in coordination of MEP, Civil and Structural Design and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Side Design Management Lead and manage architectural design delivery across concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, construction, and handover stages.
Act as the primary architectural, ID, and Civil interface between the Client, consultants, PMC, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
Serve as Design Guardian throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring approved design intent, quality standards, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained.
Review, evaluate and validate consultant submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, authority regulations, and industry best practices.
Manage and coordinate local and international architectural and multidisciplinary consultants to achieve project objectives, schedules, and quality standards.
Lead multidisciplinary design coordination and integration across architectural, Civil and structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and specialist disciplines.
Support feasibility studies, development planning, design briefs, and technical due diligence activities.
Drive value engineering, material evaluations, and design optimization initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, constructability, maintainability, and lifecycle value.
Participate in consultant and contractor procurement activities, including preparation and review of RFPs, technical specifications, tender evaluations, and technical assessments.
Provide architectural oversight during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, mockups, technical queries, and site inspections.
Monitor consultant and contractor performance and ensure timely resolution of design, interface, and technical issues.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to obtain approvals and ensure statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with project governance requirements, approved budgets, schedules, and quality objectives.
Support project closeout activities, including inspections, snagging, handover documentation, and lessons learned reviews.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Minimum 12 to 15 years of professional experience in architecture, design management, and project delivery.
Proven experience managing local and international Tier 1 consultants on large scale developments.
Demonstrated experience on Highrise, commercial, residential, mixed use, hospitality, or major infrastructure developments.
Experience in client side, developer, PMC, or major consultancy environments preferred.
Proven involvement from concept design through construction and project handover.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
PCATP Registration
BIM certification will be preferred
