𝐔𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 is looking for an experienced IP professional to take ownership of our global 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨 and help protect our international brand presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐏 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐈𝐏 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬, with hands-on exposure to major e-commerce platforms.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3+ years
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: LL.B. required | LL.M. / IP certifications preferred
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) ; or specialized IP certifications are highly preferred.
- More than 3 years of dedicated experience in intellectual property management
- Strong working knowledge of international trademark systems (including WIPO, USPTO, EUIPO, UKIPO, etc.).
- High proficiency utilizing public and commercial IP databases to perform deep clearance searches.
- Experience with DMCA takedowns and trademark enforcement on major e-commerce platforms.
