𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
1-Provide technical and engineering support for the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of ATG systems across retail fuel stations.
2-Review site survey reports, drawings, photographs, equipment information, and technical documentation submitted by field teams/contractors.
3-Prepare, review, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, wiring, communication, and system architecture drawings.
4-Maintain the master database of all ATG equipment, tank information, probe details, serial numbers, configurations, calibration data, and site records.
5-Provide technical support to field technicians and Site in charges.
Analyze system alarms, faults, communication failures, and abnormal tank readings and recommend corrective actions.
6-Coordinate with ATG OEMs, vendors, contractors, IT/network teams, and field personnel for resolution of technical issues during execution.
7-Review and verify installation and commissioning activities at sites against approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
8-Develop and maintain inspection, testing, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures and checklists.
9-SAT reports, punch-list items, non-conformities, and corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
10-Control ATG system configurations and ensure all changes to tank parameters, calibration data, alarm settings, and system configurations are properly authorized and documented.
11-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical and project progress reports.
12-Identify technical risks and escalate safety-critical or major technical issues to the Project Manager.
13-Participate in technical evaluation of ATG equipment, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
14-Support preparation of as-built documentation and final handover packages for completed stations to retail site teams.
15-Ensure all assigned activities are performed in accordance with company policies, approved procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable regulatory/technical standards.
16-Perform any other technical duties assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Manager in support of the Electrical and instrumentation system.

3-5 years of relevant experience in supporting the technical and engineering aspects of Auto Tank Gauging (ATG) systems across retail fuel stations

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
1-Conduct ATG site surveys at assigned retail fuel stations, including verify fuel tank capacity, type, and physical condition.
2-Inspection of ATG probes, sensors, consoles, and accessories.
3-Verify electrical power supply, UPS, earthing, and cable routes.
4-Inspect ATG installation against approved drawings and specifications.
5-Inspect cables, glands, junction boxes, barriers, and terminations.
6-Verify equipment identification, labeling, and physical condition.
7-Perform basic electrical and instrumentation checks.
8-Support ATG testing and commissioning activities.
9-Assist with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
10-Identify installation defects, non-conformities, and safety issues.
11-Record site observations and maintain photographic evidence.
12-Support troubleshooting of basic ATG electrical and communication faults.
13-Verify completion of corrective actions and punch-list items.
14-Coordinate with station personnel, contractors, and ATG technicians.
15-Prepare daily inspection and field activity reports.
16-Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical, and hazardous-area requirements.
17-Escalate major technical issues to the Electrical Engineer and support final site handover.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3-5 years of relevant experience in in delivering field-based technical inspections and verification support for Auto Tank Gauging (ATG) system deployments.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: DAE Electrical / B-Tech in Electrical Engineering (NTC Registered)
