VITAL Pakistan Trust invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager in the MNCH program.
WE ARE HIRIN Assistant Manager MNCH Program
Responsibilities: The incumbent will oversee MNCH project sites, conduct field visits, and ensure effective implementation, quality assurance, and compliance with approved protocols and SOPs. The role will involve monitoring teams and data, identifying operational gaps, analysing KPIs, and preparing reports and evidence-based recommendations. The incumbent will also support data-driven review meetings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Policy & Management (HPM), or MSc in Epidemiology, with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery, or MBBS with prior Obs & Gyn experience.
- Experience: At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in MNCH, public health, healthcare programs, research, or field operations, preferably with experience in program monitoring, quality assurance, and data analysis.
