JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Applications from suitable candidates having Pakistani Nationality are invited by Directorate General of Archaeology, Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, to fill the posts against the ADP Project “Heritage Conservation and Urban Revitalization of the Walled City of Rawalpindi”. The project requires the services of qualified & experienced professionals for the following contractual positions:

1. Project Director (PD) (PPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Master’s Degree (Civil Engineering / Urban Planning / Construction Management / Project Management / Architecture / Public Policy) with B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Urban Planning
• Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience

2. Deputy Project Director (DPD) (Heritage and Urban Development) (PPS-10)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Urban Planning / Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years for Master’s or 15 years for Bachelor’s of relevant experience

3. Senior Conservation Architecture (PPS-09)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: MSc / Bachelor’s of Architecture
• Experience: Minimum 05 – 07 years of relevant experience

4. Finance Manager (PPS-09)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: CA / ACCA / MBA Finance
• Experience: Minimum 03 – 05 years of relevant experience

5. Product Development Expert (PPS-09)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Product Development, Industrial Design, Business Administration
• Experience: Minimum 03 – 05 years of relevant experience

6. Social Mobilization Specialist (PPS-08)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Development Studies
• Experience: Minimum 05 – 07 years of relevant experience

7. QA / QC Engineer (PPS-08)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Master’s degree preferably in Construction Management / Project Management
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience

8. Senior Electric Engineer (PPS-08)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience

9. HSE Officer (PPS-08)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: B.Sc. Environmental Engineering / NEBOSH Certification
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience

10. Graphic Designer (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design
• Experience: Minimum 03 – 05 years of relevant experience

11. Master Craftsman (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Technical Diploma / Skilled Certification / DAE / Literate
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience

12. Quantity Surveyor (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: DAE Quantity Surveying / Civil
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience

13. Research Analyst (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s / BS Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized university
• Experience: Minimum one (01) year of relevant experience

ADP Project “Establishment of Program Management Unit (PMU) for Punjab Tourism Rehabilitation and Revamping Projects”.

Chief Development Officer (PPS-10) (Age 65 years)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Masters degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Project Management from HEC recognized university. Registration with PCATP or PEC.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience in planning and development projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

CONDITIONS:

1. Applications are to be submitted (separate for each post) on the Punjab Job Portal (www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk).
2. These appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, non-pensionable, job/post specific and conferring no right for regularization.
3. Offered salary against each post is on lump-sum basis (including all allowances) with annual increment 4% in Project Pay Scale.
4. Prior NOC for government servants / semi government servants is required to apply against these posts.
5. Incomplete applications will be rejected and only short listed candidates shall be intimated / called for interview.
6. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for interview.
7. Applications must be submitted by 24-09-2026 and any application after due date shall not be considered.
