WE ARE HIRING | MANAGER – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for a confident, passionate & innovative L&D professional who can build and strengthen our Learning & Development function, develop team and create a strong culture of learning, growth & excellence across BRIM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and execute the L&D strategy, training calendar, and Training Needs Analysis across BRIM.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs, SOPs, assessments, and learning content for restaurant and Head Office teams.
Lead the Master Trainer Program, including selection, certification, deployment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Drive the execution and continuous development of the BRIM Global Academy and leadership development programs.
Ensure timely training and communication for new products, SOPs, processes, and operational changes across all stores.
Manage employee onboarding, station training, competency development, and certification to ensure consistent operational standards.
Partner with Operations and functional HODs to identify capability gaps and convert business needs into effective learning solutions.
Monitor training effectiveness, application, and business impact through data, assessments, field observations, and feedback.
Maintain accurate L&D records, dashboards, reports, and compliance tracking, providing actionable insights to management.
Continuously improve BRIM’s learning culture by ensuring training translates into stronger employee performance and better customer experience.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management or a related field.
Master’s degree will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, preferably in QSR, Retail or Hospitality industry.
