Treasury Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing day-to-day financial activities.

Documenting transactions and updating ledgers and the financials database.

Establish the LC, Bank Contract, and Bank Guarantee.

Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports.

Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations.

Maintain good relationships with banking partners.

Create regular reports for distribution.

Work closely with bank to mitigate fraud risk, settle discrepancies and other related matters.

Assisting the reporting team with monthly and annual reporting.

Prepare Bank reconciliation on daily and monthly basis to identify the short comings.

Timely and quality delivery of assigned projects as and when provide by the management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: CMA / MBA – Finance from a reputable university.

Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in treasury & banking operations.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Ability to track daily bank balances, estimate short-term cash inflows/outflows, and optimize working capital.

Expertise in matching complex bank statements with internal ledger balances to identify variances immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end execution and rollout of SAP SF Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM) across global business transformation projects.

Define implementation workbooks, drive blueprinting, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure complete customer alignment on system functionality.

Manage seamless integration between SF Cloud and SAP On-Premise systems, overseeing data and content migration strategies.

Build and optimize SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting and People Analytics solutions for executive decision-making.

Perform hands-on configuration for SAP Payroll and Time Management, including basic ABAP coding/testing for custom HCM programs.

Support HCM practice development and service delivery management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 4-6 years of functional experience in SAP Sucessfactor.

Proven track record in full lifecycle, end-to-end global HCM/SF implementations.

Strong expertise in (SuccessFactors Cloud to SAP On-Premise integration).

Hands-on proficiency in ABAP for HCM and database environment support.

Position: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily receiving, storage, handling, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
Manage real-time system postings (ERP/SAP/WMS), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Transfer Notes (MTN) and daily Material Receiving Reports (MRRs).
Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) rotation principles alongside regular cycle counts.
Assign daily shift tasks, handle on-the-job training, monitor staff productivity and support section audits.
Ensure seamless coordination with supply chain and store operations for timely stock replenishment and dispatches.
Drive operational excellence through compliance, process improvements, cost optimization and team leadership.
Dynamically allocate labor, machinery and space resources based on fluctuating daily order volumes, seasonal peaks and inbound schedules.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Warehousing / Supply Chain.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: Minimum Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years proven experience in activations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely & rightly execute all marketing initiatives at store level.
Plan & execute category focused activations to increase footfall in alignment with operations team.
Ensure branding, signages & other communication tools are in place & properly executed.
Design and guide team to develop adequate marketing POSM.
Promote & evaluate the private label and house brands in stores.
Ensure sales revenue generation through rented space as per the locked commercial tariff.
Provide category-relevant insights to the category teams to drive innovative thinking and identify category drivers.
Continuously track competitor activities and create a dynamic reporting system.
Devise cost effective and scalable branding options for uplifting the store ambiance.
Coordinate with vendors for executing all visibility & activation projects.
Responsible for consumer knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle by region/city/store.
