Fuelers is looking for an experienced Manager HR & Admin to join our team at our Head Office in Lahore.

If you have the expertise to lead HR functions and manage administrative operations effectively, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview:

Review and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for office and site-based roles.
Draft policies and engage in periodic policy amendments whenever needed.
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting.
Supervise payroll and maintain employee records & deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs
Administers, oversees, or collaborates on the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters
Assists with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of Proven experience.

Excellent recruitment, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
