AUDITOR-GENERAL OF PAKISTAN Audit House, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad SITUATIONS VACANT Applications are invited from suitable candidates for recruitments against Balochistan Quota (6%) in the Department of the Auditor-General of Pakistan against the following posts:-

1. Stenotypist (BPS-14)

No. of Posts: 1

Provincial/Regional Quota: Balochistan = 1 (Merit = 1)

Eligibility Criteria: I. Intermediate. II. Minimum speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand/typing respectively. III. Must be computer literate.

Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 05 years general age relaxation)

2. Junior Auditor (BPS-11)

No. of Posts: 31

Provincial/Regional Quota: Balochistan = 31 (Merit = 26, Women = 3, Minority = 1, Disabled = 1)

Eligibility Criteria: I. 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor Degree of Commerce/Banking & Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Information Technology from a University recognized by HEC. II. Computer Literate with typing speed of 30 words per minutes

Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 05 years general age relaxation)

3. Staff Car Driver (BPS-04)

No. of Posts: 1

Provincial/Regional Quota: Quetta = 1 (Local Based)

Eligibility Criteria: I. Primary Pass. II. Valid driving license holder and well versed in the traffic rules.

Age Limit: 18-35 years (including 05 years general age relaxation)

4. Naib Qasid (BPS-01)

No. of Posts: 3

Provincial/Regional Quota: Quetta = 3 (Local Based)

Eligibility Criteria: I. Primary Pass.

Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 05 years general age relaxation)

Important instructions/information: –

Only shortlisted applicant will be called for test/interview.

In addition to existing five years general relaxation in upper age limit under prevailing Government rules/policy, all candidates will also be allowed an upper age relaxation of five years instead of existing three years only for this special exercise.

Applicants already in Government Service should apply Through Proper Channel.

Applicants may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application for each post.

Applicants shortlisted for interview will present his/her original documents alongwith set of attested copies degrees/certificates issued by HEC/Recognized boards/Universities/Institutes.

Information provided in the applications form will be verified and in case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, the Department of Auditor General of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage.

Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitments process in part or whole or increase/decrease the number of posts.

No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

Applications, incomplete or received after the expiry date, will not be entertained.

The selected candidate shall be recruited/posted in any of the field offices of the department of the Auditor General of Pakistan, except for Serial No. 3 and 4.

The application may be submitted through National Job Portal www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of advertisement. Direct application to office of the Auditor General of Pakistan shall not be entertained.

For identical posts up to BS-16 requiring trainable skills, such as typing, shorthand or basic computer proficiency, a one-time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skill at the time of initial appointment is proposed. In case none of the candidates shall acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training after joining within probation period. Their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it shall be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
