AKES, Pakistan – Education Office, South, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the following positions:
Head Teacher – Aga Khan School, Garden – Primary Section
Developing an effective, inclusive, learner-friendly school environment with a positive ethos. Appraising teachers and staff and contributing to school development plans, targets, and gender equity measures. Providing classroom support to teachers and ensuring a strong focus on student learning. Building positive relationships with parents, the school community, and the School Management Committee. Supporting student wellbeing by engaging with students, maintaining parent communication, and addressing issues such as bullying. Maintaining accurate school records and providing timely reports to the School Development Coordinator on student, teacher, school, and financial progress, including future needs. Performing other duties assigned by the Principal on whole-school matters.
The candidate with a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in Education, with a minimum of 3 years of management and 3 years of teaching experience at a reputable institution will be preferred. The candidate should have effective communication, classroom management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
