JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is executing a World Bank funded project titled “Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)” in 16 Selected Tehsils of the Punjab Province.

Sr. # 1: Manager Software Development (PPS-08)

No. of Posts: (01 Post)
- Eligibility Criteria:
  - QUALIFICATION: BS/BSc in Computer Engineering/Software Engineering
  - EXPERIENCE: 5 Years of relevant work experience in matters related to software development, MIS, Database Administration etc.

Sr. # 2: Deputy Manager Audit (PPS-08)

- Eligibility Criteria:
  - QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Finance/Auditing/Accounting/Commerce
  - EXPERIENCE: In general, 5 years of relevant work experience in matters related to internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control etc.
  - OR
  - QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.
  - EXPERIENCE: In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in matters related to internal audit, Audit of public expenditure, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control etc.

  - EXPERIENCE: 03 years of relevant work experience in matters related to social safeguards, community mobilization, communications etc.

Sr. # 3: Computer Operator (PPS-4)

- Eligibility Criteria:
  - QUALIFICATION: Intermediate with Diploma in Computer/IT
  - EXPERIENCE: 2 years of relevant work experience in matters related to data entry etc.

- Eligibility Criteria:
  - QUALIFICATION: Literate

Interested candidates are required to apply online through the Punjab Job Portal at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/. However, it is MANDATORY to send the application along with hard copies of CV; one passport-size photograph, Attested copies of CNIC, Educational Certificates, Degrees and Experience Certificates through postal/courier services.

The last date for submission of applications is September 21, 2026 (Monday). Applications received after the stipulated deadline shall not be entertained.

Applicants who are serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel. The application without No Objection Certificate (NOC) or old NOC will not be entertained.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
