HIRING OF FINTECH PROFESSIONALS: State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join the Management cadre for our F&A Division. Junior to Mid-Level positions is offered in F&A Division on contract basis, extendable upon satisfactory performance. Successful candidates will be based in Karachi, working in a high-impact environment that values performance, integrity, and innovation in the relevant field.

Job Purpose: The purpose of hiring is to support the development and implementation of an integrated digital finance system and expanding the E-Vouching module with finance-related applications. Focus on automating financial process, enhancing reporting, and ensuring seamless system integration. Following potential professionals are required:

Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts Division)

Position Details: Position- 01, Quota- Merit

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills:

BBA/MBA (Finance/FinTech) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance / Accounting, OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Candidates possessing qualifications in both Finance and Information Technology shall be preferred.
- Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX application development and deployment.
- Practical experience with Oracle Database programming – PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Experiences in designing and developing RESTful APIs, including integration with external banking, payment or regulatory systems.
- Exposure to financial modules such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, or Tax Management within an ERP or custom-built system.

Preferred Skills:

Oracle APEX
- Oracle database and PL/SQL
- SQL & Data Modeling
- RESTful API Development
- Financial Systems / ERP
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Data analytics and process automation tools

Job Role & Responsibility:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle APEX applications for Finance & Accounts functions including Central Accounting Unit.
- Support the implementation of banking integration solution, including G2P and P2P payment and collection Systems.
- Participate in the development and management of Budget, Tax Final Accounts, and MIS modules.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system specification.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for management and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, External Vendors, and banking partners for system integration and enhancements.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and user support activities.
- Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements.

Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts Division)
