WE’RE HIRING! Deputy Manager – Fashion Designer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design / Fashion Design or relevant field
Experience: 5- 7 years of relevant experience in the garment industry, preferably in denim
Requirement:
- Lead the development of seasonal and customer-specific collections aligned with international market trends
- Develop detailed Tech Pack, CAD artworks, and design specifications for sampling and production teams
- Conduct trend research, forecasting, and competitor analysis to support design direction
- Create compelling mood boards, concept stories, and collection presentations for buyers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and washing teams to ensure design feasibility and execution
- Support and oversee photoshoots, catalog development, and brand presentation material
