BRIM Burgers is looking for a skilled and passionate Field Trainer – North to join our Learning & Development Team and support employee training, skill enhancement, and operational excellence.
WE ARE HIRING IN LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
FIELD TRAINER – NORTH
ISLAMABAD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct on-site training sessions for restaurant teams, including FOH, BOH, cashiers, shift managers, and delivery riders.
- Ensure effective implementation of SOPs, operational standards, and service procedures across assigned locations.
- Conduct station observations, skill assessments, and on-the-job coaching to identify and address performance gaps.
- Support new branch openings, employee onboarding, and operational training requirements.
- Monitor grooming, food safety, hygiene, product knowledge, and service standards through regular field visits.
- Conduct refresher training based on assessment results, compliance observations, and operational needs.
- Maintain training records, assessment reports, visit plans, and store-wise progress updates.
- Coordinate with Restaurant General Managers and operations teams to ensure training effectiveness and follow-up.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HR, or related).
- 2 – 3 years of training, operations, or QSR experience (field training experience preferred).
