🚀 Career Opportunity – Deputy Manager / Manager – Rexine Production

Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Rexine Production function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic leather/PVC manufacturing, production planning, process optimization, and team leadership within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Rexine production operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
Develop and execute production plans to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rejection rates.
Develop and optimize product formulations to meet customer and quality requirements.
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Manage raw material planning and inventory for uninterrupted production.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Product Development, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain for new product launches.
Prepare and maintain Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, BOMs, SOPs, and other production documentation.
Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare production and performance reports for management.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

8–12 years of relevant experience in Rexine, Synthetic Leather, PVC/PU, Automotive Interiors, or a related manufacturing industry, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
