𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞
The Project Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising the execution of solar PV projects from installation to commissioning. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for solar PV system installation.

Ensure proper implementation of project plans, drawings, and BOQs.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and subcontractors for timely material and service availability.

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance.

Provide technical guidance to technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors on-site.

Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of solar systems.

Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.

Maintain daily project reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure project satisfaction and smooth communication.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.

The aforementioned are the core responsibilities associated with this role; however, tasks may vary from time to time based on the company’s evolving needs and priorities.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in solar PV projects, electrical projects, or related engineering roles.

Hands-on experience in solar installation, commissioning, and site execution.

Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical drawings, BOQs, and safety standards.

Experience in managing site teams, subcontractors, and project activities.
