JOB POSITION: DEPUTY MANAGER QUALITY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough inspections of shoes at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished products to identify defects in quality standards.
- Perform various tests and assessments to verify shoe quality.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that shoes meet design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements.
- Select random samples for inspection and testing to ensure representative quality control.
- Evaluate the quality of product and raw materials supplied by vendors and provide feedback.
- Accurately record and document inspection results and maintain comprehensive quality control records.
- Ensuring that the packaging of shoes meet quality standards.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting changes that can enhance the overall quality.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure raw material quality.
- Investigating the root causes of quality issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Age: 30-35 Years
