🚀 Career Opportunity – Deputy Manager / Manager – Rexine Production
Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Rexine Production function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic leather/PVC manufacturing, production planning, process optimization, and team leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Rexine production operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- Develop and execute production plans to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rejection rates.
- Develop and optimize product formulations to meet customer and quality requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Manage raw material planning and inventory for uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain for new product launches.
- Prepare and maintain Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, BOMs, SOPs, and other production documentation.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare production and performance reports for management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience in Rexine, Synthetic Leather, PVC/PU, Automotive Interiors, or a related manufacturing industry, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
